We at GuardianNetwork.com view data security as our top priority.  For your peace of mind we have taken a number of steps that will enable you to feel assured in dealing with us.
Firstly we have asked an independent organization, Trust Guard, to check our Security, Privacy, and Business Identity. You can be confident you are dealing with a reputable organization with a secure database. We proudly display their seals of approval on our site.

Next you can only access your information using your unique username and password.   User names and passwords are created using a formula that creates random identities with no consistent pattern.  Once you have been sent these, you can change the password to anything you wish, although your user name will always remain the same.

Your information is stored in an encrypted form using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) the same encryption techniques used by the US Government's National Security Agency to protect their most highly confidential and classified information.

To give you an idea of what this looks like, supposing you said “My will is locked in my desk at home”, we would store this on your record as something like:

“vX853f65735ec50b00e3c110328070483bf93eb53723d67055 0a9bd740e8c8e0c3
73f8ebfb0c462f6b1e888e3238c928b28b03336e6b8a10f82014ac7e5a1659d973d771
82eca82c1c59ac541d9221b7cXv”

But encrypted data differs member by member because as an added level of security we assign a unique word to each member which we use only in the encryption of their information only.  Hence the same text “My will is locked in my desk at home”, for someone else might look like this:

“$R;X?1f6a42b0fs748d6dd156df7c39901583b93b96c20616b96684deae170014261de4
d3as0b4d5f35ffb96900f5bbaa4a17205d864d0bdb016f3a6519f3d819e3902529d3307fb
d142ebedf27da30bbe994$R”

So as you can see no one person’s encrypted data is the same as anyone else’s, even if the information they are storing is the same.  This is because each person’s unique word is part of the mechanism for encryption.

All these factors combine to provide you with the confidence that YOUR information will remain safe and secure at all times.
