- Join the Guardian Network
- You will receive via email your username and password
- Login by clicking on the Member Login link in the upper right hand corner of your screen
- Enter your Username and Password
- Chose at least three (3) Guardians (Family, Friends, Lawyer, etc.). You should select a minimum of 3 Guardians (the more the better). They will receive an ID card advising them that they are your GUARDIAN, and upon your death or incapacitation they should contact us to retrieve your data.
- Once you decide who are going to be your Guardians, then click on the SAMPLE GUARDIAN letter on the left nav bar in your Member Control Panel and copy this letter into your email, edit it the way you want it to be written and send to all your Guardians. This explains what a Guardian is and what their responsibilities are if they ACCEPT to being your Guardian.
- Once they let you know they will ACCEPT then Click on GUARDIANS (in your Member Control Panel left nav bar) and add each Guardian. Once you add a Guardian we will automatically send them an email to confirm they ACCEPT being your Guardian.
- In the meantime, there are numerous forms to choose from and be sure to enter in everything, if you miss something then that item may become UNCLAIMED.
- You can login in anytime your want and from anywhere, change, add and/or edit your data. It is yours, NO ONE ELSE HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA, not even us or your Guardians.
- By entering your info you are ensuring that, WHEN THE TIME COMES, your Guardians will then have access and be able to pass all your information on to your heirs so they will know what exists and where it is located.
- Be sure to keep your data updated and accurate!!
