When my Father in-law past away, my mother in-law didn't know that he had a life insurance policy we found it 2 years later
When my grandfather died my grandmother
had no clue where and what they had. It took
my mother and I months to go thru it all
"There's only one thing in life that you are
absolutely guaranteed not to get a second
chance at....Do you know what it is?"
"It's very simple: If you haven't sorted out your personal papers and assets and left them where they can all be found, you will definitely not get the chance to do it once you die....that's it, time out, game over - no second chances to make sure that your family can carry on without you"
"And if your family can't find what you left them.....
Yippeee for the State...
that means more unclaimed property to fund State Programs!"
Read on if you want to know what I mean..... this is truly the most revolutionary idea to
sweep across the world in years

Dear Friend...
Let me start by telling you what happened to me....... My Grandfather told me that he had a Certificate of Deposit for me and my sister. One day, despite seeming quite well with years left with us, he died suddenly, of a heart attack. He never got around to telling me where that Certificate of Deposit was, so to this day I do not know where that account is.
My beloved Grandfather's monies went unclaimed and he would literally be turning in his grave if he knew that the love and affection he had for me and my sister had not been recognized with the legacy he left us and that his money had ended up with the State instead of us. He always felt that he paid more than enough in taxes, he would have hated the idea of them getting even more after he died............
My darling Grandma left me a truly beautiful necklace that has served as a reminder of her over the years since she departed. Grandma gave it to me before she died, so that she could be sure I would have it. I would not be without it; its sentimental value to me is beyond measure, and I know that she cherished the idea that her precious necklace would be treasured by me just as she had adored it when Gramps gave it to her. My darling Gramps has been denied this because he didn't make sure that we could find his important papers and assets after he left us. We will always wonder what he left us.
It was this episode with the lost Certificate of Deposit that made me realise there had to be a way for people to protect what they owned, but as hard as I tried I found nothing – nothing at all.
As I started looking at what was going on, the facts astounded me.
FACT
The United States holds an estimated $400 BILLION in unclaimed assets and property and every year that goes up by around $50 BILLION
FACT
The United Kingdom Government holds an estimated £77 BILLION in unclaimed assets and property. Every year that goes up by around £13 MILLION
FACT
The Australian Government holds an estimated $38 BILLION in unclaimed assets and property. Every year that goes up by around $8 MILLION.
That’s the figures from just three countries, but the problem is worldwide. And here are some more amazing statistics:
New York State alone is holding over 5 billion dollars just in bank accounts and security n deposits, and California holds over 3 billion dollars!
American Express enjoys a float of $3.8 billion dollars on un-cashed traveler's checks.
Oprah Winfrey Show, $70,000 in unclaimed property was returned to members of the studio audience. Oprah Stated nine-in-ten Americans were losing money!
NBC's Today Show host Katie Couric reported there were billions of dollars in unclaimed assets, including $62 million being held by the IRS.
The United States Treasury is holding $1.3 billion dollars in savings bonds issued before 1949 that have never been redeemed.
Did you know that those same assets will eventually be sold off and the money will go to the State where it will be used to pay for State programs? And yes it is true how these assets are sold - its on eBay -can you believe that!
OK, so take a moment and think about it......
We all have to go sometime don't we, that's for sure. The grief, anguish, sense of loss and despair are going to come to your family, dependants and friends at some time (and we all earnestly hope that it is no time soon) but just ask yourself this one simple question:
"Have I done enough to make sure they can carry on without me?"
Now I don't mean making a will or taking out life insurance polices or such like - I mean quite simply:
Would they know where to find all your most important papers, documents and assets so that they manage financially without you?
Would they know which bank has your checking and saving accounts?
Would they know how to find your deposit accounts?
Would they know where to find your Will?
Would they know where to find your safe deposit box?
Would they know where to continue paying your life insurance so that it doesn't lapse if you are really ill?
Would they know where any other assets are located? Have you got secret hiding places for some of them?
Would they know where to find the certificates for your investments/shares?
And there are so many more things that they would need to know where to find aren't there?
This is why I worked with a few close friends of mine to develop the Guardian Network and now I store the location of all my important documents and accounts there, as well as a copy of my Will. When I go, my legacies will be delivered just as I wanted them to, to those I care about, so they can remember me properly. This is just about the best organised I have been in my entire life and it makes me happy just to know that the State is not going to fund its next new welfare program with my hard earned money!
So How Does The Guardian Network Work?
The Guardian Network was created to avoid anyone else having to suffer the pain of unclaimed monies and keepsakes from their dear departed, and to ensure they go to their rightful owners or heirs and not to your State or government.
Quite simply we make sure that information regarding the location of all your personal and/or business asset information is securely stored and that the rightful persons, at the right time, have access to this information.
We provide you with your own secure electronic safety deposit box accessible 24/7 from anywhere in the world in which you can gain internet access, in which you can store details of the location of all your important documents and assets.
We DO NOT require nor suggest that you enter:
Your account numbers
Any personal information that could invade your privacy
We will ONLY ask you to leave just enough information so that your heirs know what you left and where it is located.
We do NOT control your personal assets - we simply act as a source of information for your dependants and heirs to find out where your assets are stored. We hold NO information or other confidential details on our system that would allow us access to anything you own.
Once you join the Guardian Network you decide what you want to store with us. We do not store any actual physical assets but you can store electronic copies of any of your documents if you want to. This is sometimes handy proof to your heirs that the original document exists, especially if you later lose the original copy.
You enter the location of your assets into our system and that is all and we will store this information for as long as you require us to.
Next, you nominate and provide names and contact addresses of three Guardians for your information. These are people you would want your information released to upon your death or incapacitation. Not only that you can decide what information you want to release to each Guardian. They don't all have to have access to everything if you don't want them to.
Your Guardians would receive an ID card from us that confirms that they are your Guardian and provides them with instructions on how to contact us upon your death or incapacitation. After providing proof of death or incapacitation and proof of their identity, we would release your information to your Guardians, so that they can ensure that your legal representative can settle your estate according to your wishes.
It's just as simple as that!
Let's just be clear here on a very important point:
The information released to your Guardians will not mean that they can gain access to your assets. They could not go and withdraw your monies. They still have to follow the terms of your will/trust.
But at least they KNOW you have a savings account or any other assets, and where they are located. This is the whole purpose of the Guardian Network.
Our system simply allows your Guardians to know which assets you own and where they are located. THEY CANNOT take them. THEY MUST follow the correct and proper LEGAL STEPS to claim them.
This system simple ensures that YOUR assets will not become part of the huge mountain of unclaimed assets destined to ultimately be claimed by the State to fund their programs.
So to protect your family and loved ones and ensure you make life as easy as you can after you have gone, all you need is a Guardian Premier Plan.
That's all there is to it!
How Can I Be Sure My Information Is Safe?
Security of your information has been our top priority, which is why we have asked an independent organisation Trust Guard to check our Security, Privacy, and Business Identity, so you can be confident you are dealing with a reputable organisation with a secure database. We proudly display their seals of approval on our site.
Firstly access to your information is only possible using your unique username and password. Your information is stored in an encrypted form using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) the same encryption techniques used by the US Government's National Security Agency to protect their most highly confidential and classified information.
To give you an idea of what this looks like, supposing you said “My will is locked in my desk at home”, we would store this on your record as something like
But this encrypted data differs member by member because as an added level of security we assign a unique word to each member which we use in the encryption of their information. How secure is that!
Have you ever thought you would like to leave your thoughts and memories in a personal message to your loved ones when you pass on? Well, Guardian can do that too. In addition to storing details of the location of your assets and copies of your precious documents, like wills, insurance certificates and the like, Guardian provides you with the means to leave messages, whether written, in audio or in video for the ones that mean the most to you and we will make sure they get them when the time comes.
And It Isn't Just You That Guardian Can Help?
What if it's your beloved mother or father that's no longer with you? How will you feel if you can't settle their estate properly because you can't find any of their documents? You certainly won't be able to carry out their last wishes will you?
Death is an inevitability that we all face. It can be devastating for those left behind, and then they are left with the problem of settling your affairs. Did you mean to leave them facing such a problem because you have not made sure that they can find your papers etc? Do you even know where your own parent's papers are? Do they even know?
So many people don't sort out their affairs each year - we think "I must get around to sorting that all out " but do we? So many people don't – and thus they are in effect leaving their precious assets to the State - do you want to be one of them? No, I'm sure you don't.
So All You Need Is To Join The Guardian Network
The Premier Plan membership costs $99.95 for the first year and $29.95 per year, every year that you want us to hold your information safe for you. This includes 5GB (that's quite a lot, in fact around 16,000 full A4 pages) of storage where you can hold copies of documents.
In the unlikely event you need more space we can quickly provide it. Of course, you need not keep any copies with us at all if you don't want to. This is just a convenient way of storing an extra copy of a document in case you lose it at home (or anywhere else). This is really worth considering for things like property title deeds, share certificates, bonds, utility deposits, life insurance policies etc. but it entirely up to you what copies you store (we never accept or store original documents or any other physical asset).
Your membership plan allows you to purchase additional storage space in 5GB increments or chunks at a cost of $19.95 per increment per annum.
That's it - NO OTHER FEES AT ALL!
So the system is flexible enough to meet most needs, and if it doesn't meet yours then give us a call and we'll discuss it with you to see if we can help.
The annual fee means that you can access and change your data at any time, so if you purchase any new property, jewelry, any assets at all, they can be listed in Guardian so that a full inventory of your personal property is held in one place.
Don't forget that just as you are doing this for your family's future, it will also help you as well. If you take the time to list everything in one place it will act as a reminder to you too. Over the years, it's easy to forget things, especially if they appeared to have little or no value at one time (like share certificates for example) that may later become much more valuable. It is worth recording everything because you never know what might happen.
If you don't act now and tomorrow the unthinkable happens and you are tragically killed or seriously injured or even your home destroyed by fire, flood or hurricane, YOU absolutely won't get a second chance to secure your family's future. So make sure that all YOUR bases are covered and Join The Guardian Network TODAY .
It will be the best investment in your family's future you ever make!
Warmly
Donna Nocero
